There's only one more week left of shares and the fall vegetables are here.  I'm so excited to be able to harvest the celery and lots more greens this week.  Enjoy!

It's week 13 on the farm, and the summer vegetables are coming in fast and furious.  When I'm not harvesting, weeding or planting out the fall veggies, I spend my time preserving some of all this summer goodness.

We are finally getting into some summer vegetables.  It's been a great cool and rainy spring, which has given us some fantastic greens this season.  But it's still always so nice to see those wonderful bigger veggies.

We are on week 4 for CSA pick ups.  I can hardly believe it!  During this time, we've gone from extreme amounts of rain and cool temperatures to extreme amounts of no rain and heat, but fortunately, we are still able to harvest great veggies.  We have Bok Choy, French Breakfast Radishes, the first of the season kale, and the last of the season Asparagus.

The bread shares from Life is Sweet started this week.  And I have been thoroughly enjoying my granola for breakfast every morning.  The baguette we received, was devoured by my kids, and my husband was lucky to get some.

The shares will only get bigger and be loaded with more variety

Please feel free to take lots of bread samples with you.  There are plenty!! Enjoy!

This was our last CSA share pick up for the 2010 season.  I certainly had mother nature on my side this growing season.  We were able to grow a bountiful crop.  A big thank you goes out for all the support from the Pickpocket Farm share members the and people in the community.
